TURKUAZ SERIES; The completely unlathed top and bottom side and
the large, hammered bell make each Turkuaz cymbal a real natural beauty
and a distinctive example of artistry. Even its appearance anticipates a dry sound character there is still plenty of sparkling brilliance in every Turkuaz. Especially the Hihat sounds full and beefy, making it easy for the drummer to build his grooves based on a solid, dragging subdivision. Turkuaz cymbals can be ordered in Medium or Jazz weight, which makes them great multi-purpose cymbals. As a result of the reduced overtones they are easy to control, with a slightly woody stick definition and a strong attack followed by a medium short sustain.
